you can talk to pelly/phyllis (whoevers on shift) to see what you need to do well anyway here's some steps..... 1.get rid of all the weeds 2.plant lots of flowers 3.plant some trees (you can lose status from too many trees) 4.dont drop too much on the ground 5.water all of the flowers you should be set then, if you keep it perfect for 16 days you will get the golden watering can!
