You must be a paid monthly member to get the propeller hat (the 3rd level costume item). You can score enough points by aiming up, or left, so that your character (wearing the helmet and bouncy suit) is thrown across the bottom, into the car, and back across the windows and items. It is harder to get the final two levels (hard shell helmet and suit), because there are many dead-end paths that do not score enough points.
