Separate the electrical connector form the harness by pressing the lock tab and pulling the connector. Use a wrench or ratchet and socket to remove the fan's mounting bolts.
For the radiator electric fan... Depends which fan you're talking about ? The heater fan or the radiator fan ?

Either the sensor is shot or the radiator is hot. Does it shut off after a period of time? If not, replace the sensor.
