Most Ford radios can be removed with a tool you can get from places like NAPA and CAR QUEST or any auto parts store. The tool is a set of "U" shaped wires with dimples on the ends. I bought one for about $22.00 A wire coat hanger will work also, and its free. Just cut the coat hanger in half and bend the wire in the shape of a U. Then locate the holes on both sides of the radio, insert the wires gently and push gently outward till the radio unit is free. Be careful as the heater/ac controls are also attached to the radio unit.
