What I was told was that you have to take it to a dealer and have them reprogram the alarm in the stereo. They said it would cost around 125.00. Or There is a code, specific to your vehicle that will override the security system. You might find it in your manual.

Anytime a battery cable is removed from the battery the radio will need to have the clock reset and the radio stations re-programmed. (Helpfull)
We are having the same issue in our 2002 Sequoia. We have replaced all the fuses that are on the fuse box cover map that say radio and that did not work. Anybody have an answer? How do we get our radio to work again?

If the radio has a security code you will have to insert the code for the radio to work.

Check relevant fuses for RADIO (there are about 4 of them) to ensure they are properly seated. This assumes Radio worked before batt change. Replace any bad fuse.

You have enough battery power to power the radio, but not enough to turn over your engine. CHeck battery.
