Looking at the seat back in its reclined position - on the ouboard edge of the seatback (closest to the door) is a rectangular plastic tab embedded into the top of the seatback. Pick up on this tab and it will release the lock that holds the back down. This is the same tab that also releases the seatback to fall into the 'down' position.
