2)The Island Cave (Japanese: こじまのよこあな Islet Cave) is a location in Hoenn on a small island on Route 105. In the inner chamber, Regice can be found at level 40; it will have the moveset Icy Wind, Curse, Superpower, and AncientPower. In order to enter the cave, the Braille puzzle in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134 must be completed.

In Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, after the door has opened, reading the Braille inside and simply standing in the same place for two minutes without touching the game will open the door to Regice's room. In Emerald, however, the player must make a counterclockwise lap of the chamber, sticking close to the walls, after reading the inscription. This will open the door and allow one to face Regice.
