To enter Sully's, get the steam battery from the trash bin at the Cantina, then get the robot crab and Sully's key from the Living Quarters doorway far left of Main Street. Open the door using the Steam Battery, and get the Rubber mallet (left) and Sprocket (right).
To get Sprocket to help you with the Crab, click Sprocket and then select the Crab from your items.
