The bolts holding the seats are called Allen bolts. There are three for the rear and two for the main seat. There is an Allen wrench that goes with the bike's tools. Use caution when pulling the pins out of the cover where the Allen wrench and other tools are kept. Place two fingers under the rear seat, lift this a bit and you will see the bolts. Be careful not to scratch the paint when you loosen the bolts.
To remove the back seat from a 1997 Honda Odyssey the seat locks need to be opened. When the clips are unlocked the seat will be able to be lifted up and removed from the vehicle.

The rear seat cushion on a 2003 Honda Civic is held on by mounting bolts. Push the seat down to reveal the mounting bolts for the seat. Loosen and remove them. Lift the seat up and out of the cabin of the car.

The 2002 Honda Motorcycle fuse panel is located in a fuse box below the seat. Flip the seat up and you will see the fuse box.
Unlock and lift up on the helmet holders. That will release the rear seat.
There is a lever in the back under the tail light moce it to the right and lift up on the seat and it is off
Unbolt the two bolts at the rear of the seat, then lift it up and slide it back a bit. It will be free at this point.
