The second to last Keyblade I got was the Lionheart, which I got from the last System Sector in Traverse Town. To access this sector you must have all levels of Scan unlocked in the Stat matrix and have beaten the story mode. Then enter questploration in Traverse Town. Go to the Alleyway and the sector entrance will be on the red door on the balconies.
