On your map it shows you the location but to you it seems like you can't get to him. Well if keep going north past the King who guards the water pipe you will see a large opening that leads to a trainstation then you should beable to go on from there.

∙ 11y agoYou need to go to the two guys' store (the ones that sell secret guns and the misc, where you get the pimpboy 3000), he will tell you that you can get the robot from a robot store that is shut down and there is a secret passage that you need to find, you also need a high science skill to unlock the computer, make sure you get the tape made by that one chinese guy first because that takes a couple of days.
