It's unlikely that the State of Arizona is interested in taking possession of your car.
No u have to pay the balance of ur past due child support
Not until the arrearages for the support are paid.
No not in the state of NC - only for child support and taxes. Wanda Improve Credit, LLC
In many states, yes. But you usually have to own it or have a lot of equity to make it worth while.
Contact the State's child support agency about working out a payment plan. Contact the courts about getting your child support order modified. (If they took your car, there's an order in place.) no my x boyfriend owed the child support. and he had a lien on my car for a 1000.00 but i payed him that a week befour they came and got my car. so my x don't have any rights to my car. but they still took it after me telling them that . so i called the number one of the repo men gave me and they don't pick up or return my call. i don't know what to do any advice?
How to put a lien on a car in Arizona when I live in Washington state
No, wage garnishment in NC is only for taxes, child support
This is not a good idea. The obligor should make payments by check to the State disbursement unit or the courts. Never give child support payments to the obligor. Any in-kind payment such as car, clothing, etc. will likely be considered by the court as a gift.
Yes. The custodial parent and/or if involved state child support enforcement agency can sue for child support arrearages. If a judgment is granted it can be executed as a lien against the non custodial parents vehicle or other property.

This is why you get lawyers to help you when you set up a child support agreement. I would imagine the car and the cellphone are used when it comes to caring for the kids but this has to be negotiated if you don't agree. Doesn't sound fair you would pay for it all. The laws are different from state to state.
Car insurance for residents of the state of Arizona can be found at http://www.dmv.org/az-arizona/car-insurance.php. Another good option is garagefly.com.
