The only simple way of getting the complete BLADE OF AWE STONEWRIT...thing... is buy getting Extremely lucky.
Other then getting really lucky, you can hack.
[EDIT] Click on Valencia. Visit her privately. Ask her about the Blade of Awe. Go to the Crossroads. Visit Somewhere or another random path. Get lucky.
That's about the only way to do it. You need to find the Stonewrit, then the parts. When you're done, go to Valencia and ask her to make the blade for you. You need a Guardian Weapon for trade though.
Also: The Crossroads are only accessible as a Guardian, but by creating a Pet Rock at Warlic's shop and then trading it for a Travel Pass with Valencia, you can visit them without Guardian status.
[Edit] The crossroads in "somewhere" is about 10% chance to get a piece of the blade of awe takes around like 3 - 4 hours.

you can't make it change in to it, you unlock the blade of awe by collecting pieces by random battles, as long as your a guardian and patient you will get the blade in no time.
