On your first trip to Loch Ness, you can only get the rowboat ticket, by playing darts at the Pub. Once you take the rowboat out and get a photo, you have to take it back to the Mews lab.
1.) Get the picture of "Nessie" after riding the rowboat called Li'l Ness
2.) Show it to Mews and find out that "Nessie" is just a bunch of truck tires
3.) Go back to the pub and talk to the two men by the dart board
4.) Beat the second guy at darts to get a sub ticket.
Get a photo from the bottom of the Loch, and bring it back to the Pub.
