You have to do broken steel and when you go to the supply crate outside to tunnel where you get your orders and there is a tesla cannon there, it is one of the best weapons I ever used in the game, it can even take out a vertibird in one shot!
get the jury rig-er perk then use some sort of lazer weapon to repair it hope that helps :)
In my opinion, it is the Telsa Cannon, but when you first obtain it; it is in poor condition. Fix it up and it turns into one of the best weapons!
the tesla armor helps you resist radiation and it makes you better with energy weapons
There Mercy if you wanna blow things up , the holorifle is my personal favorite, there the euclides finder (Archimedes II) , and the tesla cannon prototype.
tesla, but medic power armor, or t-51b power armor is better.
Occasionally Fallout: New Vegas will freeze, but not as frequently as Fallout 3.
Gary 999 does not exist. First of all; the Gary Vault (Vault 108) is in Fallout 3; not Fallout New Vegas. None of the Gary clones are even mentioned in New Vegas. Secondly, there is no (cannon) Gary 999. The highest (known) numbered Gary is Gary 54.
fallout 3 psp??????
There is no such place in fallout 3.
Now just take it to the Citidel give it to the sentists then go to Adams Air Force Base, and look behind a supply point in a box, inside you'll find the Telsa Cannon and a note.
Fallout 3, Fallout 3: Game of The Year Edition, Fallout 3: Broken Steel/Operation Anchorage/Mothership Zeta/The Pit/Point Lookout
I personally recommend Fallout 3 to any other Fallout game. Fallout 3 has a more organized and in my opinion interesting storyline. And you. And you can also keep the game going after you beat the main quest on Fallout 3 if you buy the DLC "Broken Steel."
The Adytum, part of the Boneyard, is in Fallout 1, not Fallout 3. It is located in what used to be California, while Fallout 3 is based around the remains of Washington D.C.
