First, you have to awaken them.
To awaken the three rare Regis, you must have a Wailord and Relicanth.
Put the Relicanth first and Wailord last.
Go to Pacifidlog and go to the left.
You will find a current. Go down to the bottom of the current.
Keep on going left. You will then find a place to dive.
(You can use dive once you beat the Mosdeep Gym.)
Dive down in the diving spot.You will find an underwater cavern.
Go to the dots and go up by using dive.
You will find a small cavern.
Go up to the end of the cave and use dig.
You will find more dots.
Press 'A' on the dots to read it.
When you are done, you will here three doors open.
You have finished the first task!
Now, to get Registeel, you got to Lilycove and go left.
You will find some stairs on route 120, next to a person.
Go up the stairs, and you will find a person behind one of the wallpaper.
Behind THAT will be a cave that has Registeel in it.
Go in the middle of the cave and use FLY.
The door at the end of the cave will be open.
You should have lots and lots of Ultra Balls.
You should have a Fire type like Camerupt level 40, because that is the level he is.
Save before you do it!
To get Regice is very simple because when you get to Petalburg you go left, then down the water and you will find some tress on sand. Go left then up from the trees, and you will find another cavern. Go to the end of the cavern and read the stuff like you did before.Wait for 2 to 3 minutes, and the door will open. Have Registeel with you and then fight Regice with Registeel.
To get Regirock you have to go to the desert and go to the very bottom and you will find the cavern. Go to the very front and then go right twice, then down twice, use STRENGTH and the the door will open. Have Registeel with you to capture him, and save before you do that!
Now, you are finished!
