In order to fix a Mitsubishi mirage signal light that doesn't turn off, you would need to understand the wiring system. This is a problem with the wiring and the circuit that connects the power from the battery to the signal light.
You can fix the horn on your 1998 Cirrus by first removing the center of the steering wheel cover by prying it off. Then, check for loose wiring or wires that are exposed which might be causing the horn to activate. Fix the loose wiring or exposed wires to solve the problem.
sounds like a short. if all or some speakers do it, it is probably in the radio, or the wiring harness. if only one speaker does it, it is the speaker or the wiring to that speaker.
The top of the console has to come off to replace the bulbs.
The alarm switch system is not working right. This could be a door switch, or a wiring problem. the system needs to be checked one switch at a time, then the wiring is checked next.

Right on top of engine, next to fuel injector or carb, on passenger side. Usually has a wiring harness coming off the top if it.

1,remove wiring from horn unit,2 pull out fuse,3 take off horn cover on steering wheel & disconnect wiring Remember though, you need to have it if you are pulled over, or you get a fix it ticket.
Depends on how it is broken. IS the plastic cracked? Is the wiring shorted? Is it falling off the car? Is it just not lighting up? More info is needed to answer this.
