How do you get this guy alone. i have this guy that i really like and i want to get him alone but every time i get him to come over he usually brings our other friends. how can i get him alone without?

I'd get your friends help with this. Agree to meet up to maybe see a movie, and then get a few friends to drop out, and ask the others if they wouldn't mind leaving early. Make sure you can trust all of your friends, and keep them mutual (with a possible preference to you). Don't panic and just think of him as another friend when they leave. Try to keep it calm and relaxed, and don't spend the entire time on your own just the two of you, as it can be awkward, and having a friend nearby may help relax it for the two of you at the beginning.
