The way you get to "Driftwood" is by going through "Mill fields" but first you have to do the quest where you give the man next to the old gypsy camp money then come back after a few days (or weeks) and the bridge will be re-built.

∙ 13y agoYou need to talk to someone with a quest icon in Millifields to reopen a bridge to Driftwood. You pay the fee to open the bridge and your free to do the Driftwood quests.
