Since the window control switch is mounted in the door panel, the likely first step is to remove the panel - See "Related Questions" below for specifics.
With the panel off, you'll be able to see how it actually attaches to the panel - probably just a friction fit - pushing it out from the backside should work...
The switch itself is likely held into the door panel by spring clips - try prying upwards at the front and back.
With the switch out, disconnect the wiring connector and swap in the new switch.
