If I am correct,you need a good tweak to get to the flower paradise.Once you have sucsessfully made the tweak,use the explorer kit,then the game will restart. then you will be at the snorlax rock{sunny shore city}than keep on going up then you will be at the seaside path.than undo the tweak then use your bike to get to flower paradise
note[you will find shaymin the legendary grass type there.
