How do you get to glitch city in Pokemon Yellow?

Glitch City, not really sure how it works in yellow. Red and Blue, however, this is odd.

First off, don't save once arriving and two, if you forget to save before getting there and would like to leave, simply bring a FLYing pokemon with you.

You go to the Safari Zone, and make sure u bring someone with dig. walk around for a bit, but not too much. about 50- 100 steps should be more than enough. DIG out of there, and get to Cinnabar Island. Do the Surf you would do to find missingno., only thing is you will run into safari pokemon instead. To include Scyther (Red), Pinsir (Blue) and Kangaskhan (Both). Surf until the timer goes off (Yes the same one that the Safari Zone plays when your time is up) and you will walk out of the Safari Zone. Voila, Glitch City, full of odd things, and you may be stuck in water at some point too.

Ok here are the steps to getting to GLITCH CITY!!!!

1: Go to the safari zone

2: Go inside and pay your money to get in the safari zone, walk inside

3: Walk back out and the man will ask you if you are leaving early say no and walk back inside

4: Save your game in the safari zone, turn off your game, and then turn it back on

5: Walk back out the door the man should not ask you if you want to leave early, he will only welcome you, he will ask you if you want to enter say no

6: Walk out of the building and fly to Cinnabar, waste your time going up and down the right side of Cinnabar (Go instantly to the water dont go to the right and start Surfing from there. Go staright and get there (i believe)

7: Soon the PA will go: Ding- Dong! And you will be teleported back to the Safari Zone building, walk out of the building AND YOU SHOULD BE IN GLITCH CITY

*If you are not in glitch city by then... maybe your game avoids the glitch or Missingno may negate you from going to the city since that's where Missingno 'lives'.

*Another thing... your game my freeze while exploring glitch city, your game might freeze and and maybe just maybe your screen will get pixelly like seeing a giant missingno. You should shut off the game if the game dose not shut itself. It it said that Missingno. might be protecting glitch city.

You have to go east from Cerulean City. Be forewarned that you will need the move Flash in order to see much of anything. Also, you may need the move Cut to go through the path to the rock tunnel.

Wow, okay this is probably going to be really long, but here I go.... Start out in Cerulean. Go to the house where people broke into and come out on the other side. (If you haven't gotten the SS Anne ticket from Bill and beaten Misty, there will be a police officer in the way) Go to your right slightly and go down. (Don't cut the tree to your right). There is an alternate way to do this too. Go down to where the bike shop is and follow the edge of the city until you find a tree. Cut it, and go down. Continue down for a bit, and you should see a few ledges leading down towards a house. Just keep going down. Eventually you will see two other buildings. One will have a guard that just says that she is thirsty and the other one will have a route that will bring you to a grassy area when you come out the other side. Stand right outside the door (once you are outside again) and walk straight through the grass patch until you see two trainers side by side. There is no way to avoid battling them. Once you finish battling them, go down and the screen should change from green to red. Once it changes to red, you will be in Vermillion City.
