u hav 2 help bill at the top of curulean city help him then he'll give u a pass then go right down 2 the bottem after you hav beat misty the gym leader till you get 2 2doors go to the small 1 next 2 the fence on the far right go in there then down the lane when u reach the end u would see some stairs go up there go out then go to the city,go right at the bottem till u see a brige on top of some water there will be a man therethat asked u for ur pass then he'll let u in go in there then go 2 the far left up the stairs,then kepp goin down 2 the bottem the go right,There'll be some stairs so u hav 2 try 2 go up there but ur riavle will battle u when u beat him go up those stairs and help the captin and he'll give u cut then battle all the gyms till u get 2 the 7th gym he is at pallet surf down the on the water go down 2 the city and battle the gym beat him him and then go out then a man called billl will be out there waitin for u talk 2 him say yes when he askes u a question,Then a boat will come u'll go on that to 1 iland go 2 the top 9n the big Pokemon center bills and his friend will talk 2 u they ask u 2 do somethin read wat it says do it then u go bak 2 the gym place then go 2 vermillion city again and go 2 the boat show that man ur pass he'll let u go on the boat he will ask u wat irlane u want 2 go 2 chose one then ull go there.
