First you have to find the Flute. To do that you run to the right and enter the Grove of Temples. Then enter the first building you see (the one with the music notes on it). This is Apollo's temple. Then run all the way to the right and take a reed pipe. Then go back over the bridge to the garden of Sphinx. Run past the Sphinx and jump up to a grassy ledge. you should see the head of a minotaur with a bird's nest on top. Remember the colors on the "flower" shape on the front of the door in order, then play them on your reed pipe. This will open the door. Go inside and speak to the minotaur.
The labyrinth is based on the labyrinth in greek mythology. Most things from PJO are from greek myths.
When you get out of the labyrinth, talk to the Minotaur and he'll give you his ring.

Daedalus built the labyrinth.
The maze in Pacman is similar to the Labyrinth in which the Minotaur resided in Greek mythology. This was in the myth of Theseus, who killed the Minotaur and escaped from the Labyrinth with the help of Ariadne.
There is no labyrinth on Poptropolis Games. The Minotaur's maze is on the similarly Greek-themed Mythology Island.
In Greek mythology, the Labyrinth was designed by the inventor, Daedalus.
