To fix the damaged Excalibur you need a new fuel rod. You can get one from the robot invader in the dungeon.
The missing page of Mordred's Journal should have the coordinates for the nearby moon. You won't have enough fuel to reach the planets on the Queen's list.

The answer is the first dile is 56 the second dile is 52.
Put the fuel gauge on top of the empty one (it should start, but not launch). Then in the left circle turn it to 56 and in the right put in 52 (now it should launch).
The saucer Excalibur is in the mud swamp to the right of the Mill. To reach it, you need the "hovercraft" (hover board) that is in the attic of the Mill. (To get it out, see the related question)
Once you have obtained a replacement for the broken fuel rod of the saucer Excalibur, you can enter coordinates on the X and Y dials. The ones that the Queen gave you are too distant, so you should enter the ones for the nearby moon (X-56 Y-52). This will launch the ship. (see related questions)

The UFO has a broken fuel rod. Go to the dungeon and click on the robot. It will explode, leaving a new fuel rod. Click on Merlin and he will fetch the fuel rod for you.
