The way i got to level 60 on runescape is i went to a aggressive creature zone where depending on your level walk away from the computer and your guy will train. If your level makes you limited to this task, you would need to buy monkfish. Monkfish are cheap compared to lobster shark and many other foods but heal 14-16 hp. Just be patient and comment my first answer for wiki answers.
