Look towards the centre of the bulkhead, directly behind the ashtray. A black rectangular plastic cover is mounted vertically, about 8 inches high 1.5 across. Look carefully because it blends in with all the other gubbins. Unclip it from the top by light pressure on serrated handle, if you are using force you are doing it wrong!
The pollen filter is now visible. It's flexible, as you pull it out you need to bend and compress it.
Before you throw it away look at the printing on the top, it will show you which way to fir the replacement.
