all u have to do is go to snowpoint after beating the pkmn league and go to the temple and go through it until you find the room almost entirely made of ice, then just find a way to get in front of it. you must have regice, regirock, and registeel in your party and then have fun catching it :D get it to the red if possible and paralyze it and catch it :P that's what i did.
