Your carb is underneath the gas tank. A clymer manual is a good place to start in finding out how to perform maintenance on your bike

∙ 12y agokjs sales a single carb manifold and kit for the vstar 650. Uptown customs also has a single carb manifold for cheap but u have to source the other part. I would recomend going kjs
