Many of the later Dodges do not use a typical flasher.
On the dashboard
The flasher fuse is located on the right side of the fuse panel on a 1993 Chevrolet 3500. It is typically silver in color and round in shape.
You will have to remove the entire dash to replace. There are screws that are only accessable if the dash is on the ground and upside down.
The computer that is part of the under hood fuse box handles the flasher duties. There isn't a replaceable flasher.
An orifice tube can be removed on the 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 by cutting it out of the liquid line. It is actually easier to replace the whole evaporator tube than just the orifice tube.
To remove the orifice tube on a 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 you need to cut the tube out of the liquid line. Kits are available at your local auto parts store to replace the orifice tube once you have removed it.
