On the 3rd Island, near the bank there is a path. Go through there to the 4th Island. To get inside the buildings on the 4th Island you need the Director's Cut. You can either buy it or download it (go on YouTube to see how). There are many AWESOME buildings on the 4th island:
The Brand New Abandoned Warehouse- If you beat it you get a hyper drive.
Giovanni Bakery- You can buy angel/devil food cake here to increase or decrease your karma. You can also buy Pecan Pie to up all your stats by 30.
The Dangling Pianist- You can get a job here as a pianist, buy a Benjamin Club membership, buy weapons (like a glowy sword) in the boy's bathroom and buy beer (it also has a positive increase in charm). You can also get a Chainsaw Club membership, but only if you have a chainsaw.
Jim's Gym- You can work out here to get +20 strength each workout or get a job (you can get promoted to Mr. Universe). At night the Chainsaw Club meets here and you can fight people with CHAINSAWS!
Castle- It's the best house in the game. You can get the key if you win the Castle Quest game in Benjamin's Club ($1000 per game).
City Hall- You can get a job as a Master of Virtue or King. The King job pays over $2000 per shift (the highest paying job in the game.
Stick Institute of Technology (SIT)- You can get a job as a teacher here or up your intelligence by studying.
Benjamin's Club- You can get a membership at The Dangling Pianist. You can get a job as a Dark Lord, play the Castle Quest game or bet money (1000 x what you bet at the casino). You can also buy stuff from a weapons dealer (nanobots or a rail gun).
Hardware Store- You can buy tools here like a lea blower or chainsaw.
Mansion- It's the 2nd best house in the game. You can buy it at the bank under "housing" for 1.3 million dollars (only if you have director's cut).
Sewer- Beat this combat zone to get a fuel cell.
There are a number of jobs you can get like:
-Personal Trainer (Jim's Gym)
-Pianist (The Dangling Pianist)
-Government Official (City Hall)
-Light Knight (City Hall)
-Dark Lord (Benjamin's Club)
-Teacher (SIT)
-Escort (outside Jim's Gym at night)
-Lumberjack (in the forest behind Jim's Gym
There are several quest to complete too:
-Get Alien Andy back home
-Build a flamethrower to get it to a Nova Flamethrower (the power of the sun in your hands).
-The hardware store murder.
-Marry Victoria. (at Benjamin's Club, get $100,000 to make her notice you).
