if you have it on PC activate a quest with a location then use cheat "movetoqt" and your at the quest target
Close to the place you appear in the testing hall is a green-tinted doorway that leads to 'Hawkhaven'. Fast travel is enabled from there, so you can simply fast travel to any part of the map you wish.

∙ 7y agoFirst you have to press the ~ tilde button, locationed below the 'Back' button. Note, some keyboards put it above the Tab key. Then you type COCtestinghall, and press enter - COC is the command to teleport the player character to another location, and the testinghall is an area used by the developers to help test items and locations. You can use the COC command to teleport to another location once you are done.

∙ 12y agoWhile in the coc testinghall, go to the door titled Hawkhaven in the middle. It will bring you to a test town and from there, you can fast travel to the discovered locations of Cyrodil.
