take out back seat and trim pieces

it's like saying, does 1996 Toyota Paseo have rear wheels.....
The Paseo uses struts in the front as well as the rear.
Under the rear seat, you can access it with ease.
I have a 92 Paseo also, I had this problem also. I put a aftermarket radio in and for some reason I connected something wrong. I disconnected the radio and ran a inline fuse straight from the battery to the radio. Works fine!!
remove the rear wheel, undo the bottom bolt of the strut. inside the car remove the plasic paneling in the back covering the strut mount. unscrew both nuts and pull the strut out.
The rear struts can be removed, on your 2005 Toyota Camry, by removing the nuts on each end of the strut. With the nuts removed the strut should slide off of the stud.

4: 2 front (they flip back so rear seat passenger can enter/exit), and 2 back (might be hard to fish out from between side of the back and column)
The 1999 Toyota does not have rear struts. The automobile has rear shocks. Remove the retaining bolts from each end of the shock. Reverse the process to install the new shock.
The 92' Miata, (also known as a MX-5), has a Strut Assembly in the rear suspension. It consist of a Shock, Coil Spring, and a Strut Mount.
How hard is it to change the rear main seal in my 1992 toyota pickup , with the 3.0 V6
