You can go to explore at the top of the page (of neopets), and click "Map of Neopia", there you can find Faerieland, click on that, then at the bottom left corner there is something that says "Healing Springs" And you click on that. That is how you get to the Healing Springs. Or you can use this link
http://www.neopetshive.com/Hive/todos.htm
it has a list of all the dailies and extras you can do, and it also includes the Healing Springs.
a. Find the cure at the hospital, then buy the cure. b. If it is too expensive, feed your pet something poisonus (jelly, lollypop) then it will get a different disease (hopefully cheaper cure!) c. Use the healing springs (free) d. spin the wheel of exitement and try to land on *Heal* e. Don't do anything! Your pet doesn't die so it doesn't really matter!
Use a healing potion ("Healing Potion I" for example). Or go to the Healing Springs where your pet may be healed.
It depends which one you're talking about. There is the Mystery Island Volcano and one in the Tyrannian area. 3 Neopian volcanoes are below.
Go to Neopia Central and go to the Neopian Plaza. Look for the Hospital.
The link is also below.

You visit the healing springs in Faerieland, or buy a Healing potion, which will be named using a roman numeral depending on strength, such as "Healing Potion I" or "Healing Potion X".
Search in faerie land. There are 2 fountains there. The rainbow fountain and the Healing Springs.
If your pet is at zero health because of a battledome loss or maybe an encounter with the snowager, the easiest way to regain hitpoints is to visit the healing springs in faerieland. There are many cheap healing potions available to purchase too, bubbling healing goo is one of the best outside of battle.
Cactopus Cream restocks very rarely in the Pharmacy. It can usually also be found if you search the trading post. If you want to heal a pet with Reptilliorus, just visit the Healing Springs as often as you can until she says, "(Pet Name Here) is fully healed!" Yes, it may take quite a few tries, but it WILL work eventuallyl

Go to Faerieland and click the Healing Springs, and then, click HEAL YOUR PETS.

If you want to build your pets stats, then yes it is.I find Earth faerie quests to be a waste of time, she doesn't do anything but heal your pet,you can do that for free at the healing springs every 30 minutes.
First, go to Faerieland, and then go to the Healing Springs and click on HEAL MY PETS, or you can buy a healing potion there. You can also go to the Magic Shop and buy potions (along with magical items that you can use to battle with in the Battledome). Also, here are some things that commonly happen when you use the Faerieland option (Healing Springs):1. Sometimes, the Water Faerie would only restore a little bit of your neopets' health points (That's where the potion shops come in! :D).2. She would restore ALL of your neopets to FULL health points (most rare to happen).3. Only your active neopet would get healed fully (It's a good thing as long as it's the only one out of all your neopets that's hurt).Hope I helped!
Pets can catch diseases as a random event around the site, through being fed foods like poisonous jelly or rotten omelette or as a 'prize' on the wheel of excitement. You can try curing them by using 'NeoPox Pills'. Or maybe the Healing Springs.
They do not have any health to fight, but you can refill it with a healing potion or at the Healing Springs in Faerieland
