First, go to Faerieland, and then go to the Healing Springs and click on HEAL MY PETS, or you can buy a healing potion there. You can also go to the Magic Shop and buy potions (along with magical items that you can use to battle with in the Battledome). Also, here are some things that commonly happen when you use the Faerieland option (Healing Springs):
1. Sometimes, the Water Faerie would only restore a little bit of your neopets' health points (That's where the potion shops come in! :D).
2. She would restore ALL of your neopets to FULL health points (most rare to happen).
3. Only your active neopet would get healed fully (It's a good thing as long as it's the only one out of all your neopets that's hurt).
