There are 2 ways by which you can enter it:
The short way:
First you must have the submarine. Once you have it, from Junon, go underwater. head north-west. Follow the left wall, skip over the left turn into where the Gelnika crashed, then take the next left. The path will fork into 2: The first path (left) will take you to the waterfall. The second path (right), which seems to be just a dead end, has a secret passage at the end to the right. It's a narrow tunnel with the key at the end.
The long way:
Breed a Gold chocobo
You will need:
chocobo lure
some greens (quite a bit of tantal to feed with and a few Gysahl to catch with)
2 carob nuts {stolen from the red dinosaur looking thing outside of bone village}
1 zeio nut {stolen from the goblins from the most northeast island with the forest}
to save the game before every breeding
1. breed a good or average with another good or average (found south of gold saucer) with a carob nut.
You will receive either a blue, green or yellow chocobo. Reset game if not desired color
2. repeat step 1 to get a chocobo of opposite color.
If all works out, you will have a green, a blue, and 2 yellow chocobos.
3. breed the blue and green with a carob nut.
You will receive a black chocobo.
4. release the yellow chocobos from the stable
5. catch an amazing chocobo south of the snow town.
Note: the amazing ones will always have 2 rabbits with them.
the chocobo must be of opposite gender of the black chocobo
6. feed the amazing and black chocobo a few tantal greens each (~ 60+ the more the better)
race them both at the track to at least rank A.
7. mate them with a zeio nut.
The Cavern of Ice Holds the Levistone which is needed to get the airship
You can find Tonberries at the Cavern of Stolen Fayth, and Master Tonberries at the Omega Ruins.

Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX.
An enemy found at Deist Cavern, Mysidia Cave and Mysidian Town. Not a strong opponent but absorbs all magical attacks.
The Final Fantasy character called Tseng is from Final Fantasy VII, not Final Fantasy VIII.

Final Fantasy X-7? no. there is Final Fantasy 10-2 which is the sequel to Final Fantasy 10 (and is the only actual sequel in all of the final fantasy games) and there is Final Fantasy 7, but there is no Final Fantasy x-7. the games may be made by the same people but do not relate to each other in anyway other then the fact they are Final Fantasy.
Dissidia Final Fantasy. (Unless you are in Japan)
Final Fantasy 7 is written as Final Fantasy VII.
