You will get a training point after every four levels that you rank up by and if you are having trouble ranking up(in other words taking too long) the best way to rank up is to fight tower captains at crab alley over and over again. The tower captains give at least 12 xp after every battle, or you can fight the kracken with friends to rank up.Another way is going to be said in two words "do quest."
