You are going to need either spacers and springs or fender fabrication, suspension upgrades and the rims ofcourse. but you would be totally an idiotic characterized person to do so.. 19 inch is the max u should go for this vehicle
.050 inch
YES can go up to 21 inch not much rubber thou. I got 18's on mine 2000 intrepid

yes they will edited by Fordtaurusgl It all depends on bolt pattern and offset. the bolt patter on a dodge is diffrent from the pattern on a gm.
The bolts on a 94 Dodge Intrepid valve cover need to be very tight. You should tighten to 12 N*m or 105 inch pounds.
1999 Dodge Intrepid 2.7L SFI DOHC 6cylThe Spark Plug Gap.054 (In thousandths of an inch)
It will vary from one make/model/year to another. For example, most Dodge minivans need a 1 1/4 inch socket. A Dodge Intrepid needs a 1 5/16 inch socket. A 1994-2001 four wheel drive Dodge truck needs a 1 11/16 inch socket.
Yes they will...but they can't be more than 20x8.5 Check out Wheelfire online
They might, but it would look really really stupid. Take a picture of a Conestoga wagon wheel from the 1860's pioneers and put it over your wheel well...that's what it would look like.
