An Umbreon could get rid of a Jynx easily by using Bite three times tops. Umbreon is a dark Pokemon, so it doesn't have as many type disadvantages as Jynx. Just don't use Umbreon against Bug or Fighting Pokemon and you'll be ok. use both. because jynx is awesome. and so is umbreon:)
