go to the trophy garden below hearthome city and go to the person that owns da place and keep talking to him until he says theres a evee in his garden then get out your pokeradar (i havent tried this yet so it might not work)and find it or you can keep running around the garden with your hopes up.i ran around the garden and got a shiny evee. then i just battled with it as my Pokemon at night and it went it went all unbreon on me

∙ 14y agoGet an Eevee from Bebe who lives beside the Poke'Center in Hearthome, then set the timer on your DS/DSi to night and train the Eevee so it loves you (MUST BE AT NIGHT OR ELSE IT WILL EVOLVE TO ESPEON!!) and it evolves! This worked for me so you should have no problem atol. Hoped this helped! :oD
