You can't. There isn't any cheat for it, but a good way to get money fast is to get 2 or 3 dogs and train them hard for every compitition, and enter them every day and you could could get up to 5,000 dollars a day. And sell stuff you don't need or want at the secondhand shop for some extra bucks.

Well, actually if you have nintendogs on a R4 card you can use the cheat "Infinite Money" but it's kind of a problem because not many people have a R4 card.
