After getting the Driftveil Gym Badge, you'll be able to access the tunnel at the west of the PWT. You have to make your way through a series of caves, you'll need Strength to get to one particular doorway, and this leads to Relic Castle, which is just a short series of rooms, one with a Lv35 Volcarona at the end of a hallway.

∙ 7y agoIf you rename your Eevee Rainer, it will turn into a Vaporeon, and then you can rename it something else if you prefer.
Sparky = Jolteon
Rainer = Vaporeon
Pyro = Flareon
Be sure to correctly spell the name and capitalize the first letter.
Also, if you evolve three Eevees without doing anything special, one of them will be a Vaporeon. The game seems to just cycle through the three evolutions if you do it randomly.
