the vein are always there but they are covered up by a layer of fat
to remove this fat you will need to work the main muscle the heart!
by exercising for about 30 minutes daily. examples of good exercises
SKIPPING, JOGGING, Circuit training which is an overall body workout
you should do weights for toning which is low weights high reps
remember EFFORT is what it takes to get the veins to show
so what you waiting for!!
stop reading this and get to work ;)
hope this works for you as it did for me

Make sense next time
Blue veins showing through the skin does have something to do with working out. This happens when your blood vessels swell.
Look at the back of your hand. Do you see some branch-like blue things showing? Those are your veins.
I'd take the kid to a doctor immediately. Could be internal bleeding.
Bacause your penis feels good and it is relaxing. Also it was inside the girl so its kind of like after getting a message... if it remains visible even after it is soft - check out for vericose veins
There really isn't a cause, it's just the lack of melanin or the thickness or your skin at that point. If you are really pale you have a higher chance of blue veins showing. On areas like your hands you can see veins because your skin is thinner there. On areas like your lower legs, the veins are larger and are therefore more visible.
As people age their skin gets thin and "papery". In some places like the hands there is less fat under the skin.
There are three major categories of veins: superficial veins, deep veins, and perforating veins. All varicose veins are superficial veins; they lie between the skin and a layer of fibrous connective tissue called fascia.
There are three types of veins, superficial veins that are just beneath the surface of the skin, deep veins that are large blood vessels found deep inside muscles, and perforator veins that connect the superficial veins to the deep veins.
Pulmonary veins
