Well first you have to catch Cobalion. you can find him at Guidance Chamber (Sorry I don't" know where the Guidance Chamber is friend caught mine.) then go to Pinwheel Forest and there will be two bridges. On the right bridge there will be an opening then go right then up the stairs then go to the log then keep going straight there should be a opening go through it and virizion should be there Hope this Helped :)
