it all depends on what level your pokemon are i found it easy to go t the hotspring on one island and use the vseeker on the two karate guys and the double battle just outside, then after that use the hotspring to heal and then repeat the proscess, i think you get at least 2000 xp from each battle (dont quote me on that my memory sucks) and if you have the amulet coin you also get 1500 from each battle which is handy :) hope this helped -liam
