Note from billsofat: you can't get wario if you don't have luigi.

On the floor above the lobby, go into the mirror room (as Luigi) and use the flower to turn invisible. Look at the reflection of the Luigi painting in the mirror, it comes out Wario! Go through the mirror and into the painting and beat the level and Cheif Chilly and you get the Wario key. Good Luck!

all you'v gata do to make the ? blocks appear is look at the sun while standing on the sun picture in the loby. don't listen to anything this guy says becuz that is just the hard way to do it if you want to do it easier just listen to the guy that i told you not to listen to

First, you have to unlock luigi, then, you go upstairs to the mirror room. you get the flower, and walk through the mirror, and jump into the picture of wario. you will have to go through the level, and beat the boss.
