If you are looking for a gas efficient four wheeler than I would recommend buying the fuel efficient Cherokee which can save you a lot on gas in a economy where gas prices are very high.
They can't. They use diesel, not gasoline.
The only way to know for sure if a person has water in the gas tank is to drain the tank. Usually a car will sputter and die if there is water in the tank.
Just drain it from the fuel line.
If you were trying to get gas or diesel out of a tank just take a hose (preferably smaller to fit just what you need) just put the hose in he tank and suck it through the hose and a suction will be made for it to push through the hose. Have a bucket or something to put it in and you have gas out of your tank.
