First you must go to Ko-Koro which is the ice village, there will be an exit out of the village that will lead you to the wastes, if you walk around enough you will find a Ko-Matoran in a hut named "The Hermit". If you talk to him enough you will then play a minigame where you need to balance on a ice pole, after playing the game you will earn one willpower.
