To get it for Zero, you need to finish the Chapter with the Farhem battle. Then, talk to Nana and send robots to the "Power Plant" and they may come back with a Plant Key. Go to the locked place that needs a Key and get a robot for the Deployment Center. Soon, you meet Duck Bill Mole and K-Ball. There are 2 you have to battle. When you defeat them, dash-hit the purple-pink gem for Zero's second and strongest hyper mode, Absolute Zero.
Same for X, but instead of the Power Plant, this is the Boot Camp. Go to the Maze Puzzle #1 and go to the locked place. Go in the door to the right (->) and you meet Rafflesain, an enraged girl reploid who thinks you saw her secret lessons! The battle is 1 Rafflesain, and 2 Belladonnas. I strictly suggest going up against Rafflesain first, then the Belladonnas. When there is 1 Belladonna left, it becomes very strong. Watch out! {x^*} Defeating them and destroying the purple-pink gem gives you X's second and strongest hyper mode, Ultimate Armor X!!! (By the way, I put in Zero's for a Bonus:))
