1. unlock Luminous Springs first by defeating the grand master of all things bad (your guild)

2. Once it is unlocked it will say you can't evolve. You will need to go back to the guild and graduate.

3. A few days later, Mr. Mime will tell you about how Scizor is somewhere in Blizzard Island.

4. After you rescue Scizor in Crevice Cave (right after Blizzard Island) he will give you the Secret Rank.

5.There will be like a chain of events that come up, which eventually leads to the challenge from Darkrai.

6. After you go to Dark Crater and beat Darkrai, you want to go through Spacial Rend again and recruit Palkia.

7. Soon after that, Manaphy will come to your house and ask to join your team. Say "Yes".

8. After Manaphy joins your team, he will tell you about the Marine Resort.

9. Go into Treasure Town and the Ursaring will tell you that now you can evolve.
